Brenda came out quickly and assessed the damages to my roof after a major storm. She was quick, responsive, and helped me through every step of the process. She even came out when the insurance adjuster came out. THE ADJUSTER WASNT EVEN GOING TO GET ON THE ROOF until Brenda got up there and went to bat for us.

I have nothing but great things to say about Brenda and Firehouse Roofing. I had two people tell me give Brenda a call and she will take care of everything. They were correct. I gave her a call to take a look at my mother house because she wanted a new roof. Brenda was there at the appointed time. Brenda took care of everything. Worked with the insurance company was there when the adjuster was there on the roof with him the whole bit. The job was done when promised she came by many times during the day making sure everything was being done and done right. No issues with the roofer or how the job was done.

Brenda was there for the final inspection on the roof walking around the house making sure everything was picked up and cleaned up. My mother is 95 and she just loved Brenda. Brenda is very much a people person.
